Can several board members maintain the site?

Yes. Each person gets their own account, with different permissions if needed, for example creating events but not seeing member data.

What happens at a board change?

You hand over the accounts, not the system. All content, events and member data stay put and the website keeps running. We are happy to join the handover meeting if you like.

Do you offer club discounts?

For non-profit clubs we deliberately price lower than for commercial projects. Get in touch and we will look at your budget together.

How do the sign-ups work?

You create the event and share the link. Members sign up with one click, state companions and requests, and receive a confirmation. You can see the status any time and export the list.

What about data protection for member data?

The data sits on Swiss infrastructure, access is limited to authorised board members, and we only collect what the club actually needs. On request we draft the privacy policy to match the club.
