Sound familiar?

Four places where a fleet without a system loses time and money

Mileage on scraps of paper

Readings end up on paper or in a spreadsheet, and nobody calculates anything from them.

The MFK inspection comes as a surprise

The notice is lying around somewhere, and suddenly a van is off the road exactly when it is needed.

Damage reported in the group chat

A photo in the chat, a message on the phone. A week later nobody knows whether it was dealt with.

Costs nobody can assign

The garage bills are paid, but what does each vehicle cost per year?

Try it: a week of fleet management in one minute

Record the round, see the next service, report damage. Tap through it, no sign-up needed.

Demo
  1. 1

    The fleet at a glance

Every vehicle with its mileage. Whatever is due soon is flagged.

  2. 2

    Mileage round

Record the reading or tap "Not here". The difference to last week works itself out.

  3. 3

    Service forecast

The last few weeks are used to estimate when the next service is due.

  4. 4

    Report damage

Pick the type, add a photo, send. The fleet office sees the report straight away.

No scraps of paper, no spreadsheet, no chasing people in the chat.

This is a demo with a made-up business and sample vehicles. Your vehicles, roles and workflows are up to you.

What is included

The features the confectioner further down uses every week

Mileage checks on the phone

Record the weekly round right in the yard, vehicle by vehicle. A van out on a delivery is marked "not here" instead of getting a made-up number.

Service forecast

From the kilometres driven, the system works out when the next service is due and takes whichever comes first, mileage or date.

Never miss an MFK inspection

The expiry date from the vehicle registration is recorded, and the warning appears 60 days ahead.

Damage reports with photos

Drivers report damage or a defect with a photo straight from their phones. The fleet office sees open reports at once and closes them.

Invoices and costs

Garage invoices as PDFs on the vehicle, and the cost per vehicle and year at a glance. Visible only to those allowed to see prices.

Every role sees what it needs

Administration, operations, fleet management, team leads and drivers each with their own permissions. The rules are enforced in the database, not just in the interface.

From the driver who records the mileage on Saturday to the operations manager keeping an eye on servicing, MFK inspections and garage bills: the whole fleet runs on a web app built for this business. The demo above shows the same workflows with made-up data.

  • In Switzerland, number plates move on to the next vehicle. When a new van takes over the old plate, the mileage and costs of the old one stay cleanly separate.
  • Garage invoices are attached to the vehicle as PDFs and linked to the appointment, and the costs of the whole fleet are on one page per year.
  • Notes from the round: a "!" flags anything that needs a look, and the fleet office sees every flagged note in one list.

We do not show the business's name or data. The system is internal, and yours would be too.

What it means day to day

For the drivers and for the office

For the drivers

  1. 1

    In the browser, no app

Open the link, sign in, done. It runs on the phone the drivers already have.

  2. 2

    Report instead of calling

Damage with a photo is reported in half a minute, without messages, calls or notes.

  3. 3

    Only their own vehicle

Drivers see their vehicle, team leads their team. Nobody scrolls through the whole fleet.

For the office

  1. 1

    Everything on one page

Servicing, MFK inspections and open reports for the whole fleet, without asking around.

  2. 2

    Appointments in good time

Garage appointments and maintenance as an agenda per vehicle. Whatever is done gets ticked off.

  3. 3

    Costs that add up

Invoices belong to the vehicle, and replacing a vehicle mixes nothing up.

What it costs

A system built around your workflows, developed once

Fleet app built for you

Vehicles, mileage checks, a service and MFK overview, reports with photos, and roles and permissions, set up for your fleet and your workflows.

What sets the price

  • How many roles and teams need different permissions
  • Which workflows are added: invoices, delivery tours, appointments, notes
  • Whether existing lists and vehicle data are brought over
